Complaints:

We work really hard to make sure the taste of our coffees is kept at a consistently high level. If you purchase a bag of coffee and it doesn’t taste quite right, or there's an issue with it, then please send it back to us within 30 days, and drop us an email at hello@wyldecoffee.com with the details. We'll test it to work out what has gone on, and of course we'll reimburse you. If you've purchased some brewing equipment and you think there's a fault, then please contact us at hello@wyldecoffee.com.

Shipping:

We aim to ship every webshop order within a maximum of 2 working days from order. We use Royal Mail for all online retail orders.


Royal Mail 24 (1st class) aims to deliver next day.
Royal Mail 48 (2nd class) aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.

We would expect the vast majority of deliveries to be made according to the schedules above, but we are afraid we cannot guarantee this. These timescales are for the UK mainland. For areas further afield, you may need to allow additional time. For more info please contact us.
